Alyson is a mom of 2 and lives just outside of Berlin, Germany. She grew up in the US and moved to Germany in 2009 to study elementary education at the Free University Berlin. After completing her Bachelors and Masters, she met her husband and decided to stay in Germany. She had come across Montessori in her studies and work as a teacher, but she didn’t get fully involved until 2018 when she was pregnant with her first child. In 2020, she started Montessori Living Room as a way to share the printables she was making for her son with other parents. She hopes to expand her offerings to in person parent child classes once the pandemic has calmed down a bit.
