Garage sales – a great place to find fantastic deals and out-of-print books.
Free little libraries – these are fun and have been popping up all over the country!
Used books on Amazon – shop hard-to-find books from the comfort of your home!

Scribd (get two free months here).
Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library – This free book program is not available in every area but definitely worth looking into – check availability here.
Amazon or Target book sales – shop their sales (often offered a few times a year) and get free books. Subscribe to our email list to be notified when the next sale is offered.
Scholastic – join as a teacher if you homeschool and purchase brand new books for just $1 (or less!) Check it out here!
Book Outlet – one of our favorite places to get amazing book deals. All their books are new and up to 90% off the original list price. If you haven’t purchased from Book Outlet before, don’t miss out!
